Went down to the local Korean shop and purchased the ingredient for this wonderful dish.
Just one more request. As well as providing the ingredience in English can you also provide the Korean name? Its hard for me to find out what each thing is. Even the shop keeper battled a bit to find the different types of mushrooms.
But, in the end I think I got the right stuff, so its 잡제 tonigh!
Made the Jap cheh last night and it was wonderful.
Just a quick question? The mushrooms we got were dehydrated. Do you usually soak them in water first to re-hydrate them? If so, for how long. Or do you just through them directly in like I did?
wow i am so glad it worked out for you. Usually you soak mushrooms for 30 min to an hour before you cook... But, i never really use dried mushrooms..
You can get shitake mushrooms and oysters mushrooms at regular grocery store.. And don't forget you can improvise and use other kinds of mushrooms too.
I think you should do the singing it's entertaining. I think you and your friend are both good singers. Your having fun singing so please continue. I watched both your videos and loved them.
I think you guys are just adorable!! And I love the singing too.
I bought some glass noodles today for the first time and they were great except they looked more white as opposed to transparent once cooked. Do you think I bought something different?
Thanks for another great show!
ReplyDelete*Please never sing the ingredients again*
Other than that - you go girls!
