Kimchi Stew, 김치찌개

    excellent!
    i made kim chee chigae with fresh tuna that my friend brought over! it was great, except i wouldn't suggest wasting fresh tuna on chigae, even though it was da bomb!!! i have to try it with canned tuna, i never thought of that. i heat some red miso (that's where i get my saltiness) until it starts to burn on the pan then add garlic and kim chee juice over it when i make chigae, but otherwise pretty much the same after that. Deelish. chad het dae!

    I just tried the recipe!!
    It was so good!! Thanks for this!!
    I was just wondering few more things about Krean cooking.. Do you know how to make the steamed omelete because it can go well with Kimchijjigae...Or at least according to my strange tastes...kkk
    Or also, how to make the Korean pancakes..mmm..
    I miss all that food!! Thanks for teaching!!
